Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of structureiq.co.uk (the "Site") and the services offered by Structure IQ Ltd, company number 17059071 ("Structure IQ", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Our services
Structure IQ provides construction industry training and content services, including bespoke course development, Company & Site Inductions, learning needs analysis, and on-site content capture. Details, pricing, and scope for any specific engagement are set out separately in a proposal, quotation, or service agreement agreed directly between you and Structure IQ, and take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting our contact form is an enquiry, not a binding order or contract. Any quotation we provide is valid for the period stated in that quotation (or, if unstated, 30 days) and does not create a binding agreement until both parties confirm the engagement in writing.
Acceptable use of this website
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or any Members Area account that isn't yours
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site without our permission
- Interfere with the proper working of the Site
Members Area accounts
If we issue you a Members Area account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, misused, or used in breach of these Terms. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site itself — including its design, text, graphics, logos, and course materials published on it — is owned by or licensed to Structure IQ and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content without our permission.
Ownership and licensing of deliverables produced as part of a specific client engagement (for example, bespoke training content or induction materials) are set out in the relevant service agreement for that engagement.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and including a link doesn't imply our endorsement of it.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional advice, and any decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structure IQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Liability arising from specific paid engagements is instead governed by the relevant service agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
