Our story
Structure IQ was founded on a simple insight: construction training should not feel like generic corporate eLearning. It should reflect the real world of sites, plant, PPE, and the people who work there.
With over 15 years building eLearning and more than 25 years working in construction training, we have seen what works and what does not. We have watched workers glaze over during PowerPoint marathons. We have heard site managers complain that training does not reflect their actual hazards. We have seen generic stock footage undermine credibility.
So we built something different. A service that combines instructional design expertise with genuine construction knowledge. Where every course is bespoke, every video is shot on real UK sites, and every module is built around your exact processes.
